Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

• Account info: name, email, company name
• Technical metrics: CPU, RAM, response times, error rates from your monitored sites
• Cloudflare analytics: IP addresses, ASNs, request patterns (only if you connect Cloudflare)
• Billing data: handled by Stripe, not stored with us

2. Where data is stored

All data lives on servers in the EU — Denmark and Germany. We send no personal data outside the EU/EEA.

3. Who has access

Only the internal Monitorly team. No third-party advertisers, no analytics companies, no resale.

4. Retention

Technical metrics are kept for the period specified in your plan (7 days / 90 days / 2 years). Billing data is kept for 5 years as required by Danish accounting law. Account data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability. Write to privacy@monitorly.site to exercise your rights. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only (session, language, theme choice). No tracking, no advertising.

7. Complaints

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency — datatilsynet.dk.
